Aerospace Sealants is a company like no other within the Aviation Community.  Our company offerings, using the FAA PMA process, are solutions to alternate chemical materials, that are approved as articles of the airframe or engine by the OEM TC holder.  The chemical articles are limited to those that physically become part of the airframe or engine and are not those used to support ground maintenance. 

Complex chemical materials such as sealants, RTV's and adhesives, which become part of the airframe or engine, are most often specific to one, and only one Supplier, thus creating a supplier monopoly at the time an airframe or engine is certified.  Through the FAA PMA process, these Airworthy chemical articles, maintain the TC holder's established airworthiness and ICA's while providing alternate solutions to the airlines and MRO's.

We've changed the 'imbalance' of what was once an OEM monopoly...!!  Through the FAA PMA process, we can offer you, for the first time, a choice, as well as a cost savings, for your chemical material needs.  Currently, this is true for many Silcone RTVs and Polysulfide Sealants.  See our FAA PMA page for further details.
